Pragati Scholarship 2022 

Pragati Scholarship All India Council for Technical Education has announced to provide assistance to the girl students pursuing technical education under Pragati Scholarship. An amount of ₹ 50000 will be distributed every year through Pragati Scholarship to the student pursuing education under this scheme for the expenses related to her education. This amount will be transferred through DBT copy, the student of degree course will get this amount for 4 years and for the girl students of diploma course will get this amount for 3 years.

Amount Of Pragati Scholarship

Under the Pragati Scholarship Scheme, every year 10,000 girl students will be given scholarships, out of these 5000 scholarships or diploma courses will be distributed to the students and 5000 will be distributed to the students of degree courses, if any scholarship is vacant for any course then that slot will be transferred to another course through automatic scholarship authorities aim to benefit 10000 girl students every year through Pragati scholarship with 5000 scholarships made directly to applicant girl students from 13 union territories and north eastern states AICTE Scholarship will be provided by All India Council of Technical Education Under Pragati Scholarship, some states have been covered which are as follows

Objective of Pragati Scholarship

The purpose of implementing Pragati Scholarship by the Central Government is to provide financial assistance related to education to the girl students of the country who cannot pay the head or any other expenses related to their education, through this scheme financial assistance to the girl students of the country This will be provided so that they can complete their education completely and after completing their education, they can get employment etc. for their future, so that the girl students can become capable, empowered and self-reliant, which will improve the level of education in the country. and reduce the problem of unemployment

Eligibility Criteria for AICTE Pragati Scholarship

If a girl student has to apply for Pragati Scholarship then she has to fulfill the following prescribed eligibility and criteria which are as follows

• Only girl students can apply for this scholarship, the applicant student must be a resident of India.
• The annual income of the student’s family should not be more than 80000, which is available through different sources of income.
• Only 2 students of the family will be allowed to apply for the scholarship.
• It is mandatory for the student to study degree and diploma course recognized by AICTE.
• There should not be a gap of more than 2 years in the education between senior secondary education and graduation level.
• If the student applying under this scheme fails during the previous course, then she will be ineligible under this scholarship scheme and will be eligible for this scholarship. aid will be terminated
